Two Oceans Half: Entry exchange programme

16 000 entries sold in record time for 2012… and yet many runners out there are desperately seeking tickets!

Is any one out there over prepared, under prepared or busy Easter Weekend? Need to get rid of your Two Oceans entry? Here’s the place to find a substitution.

If you’re looking to buy or sell a ticket, put your details down in this group, and hopefully someone will contact you to exchange entries.

The idea is that we have a centralised location of entry exchanging, making it easy for our readers to find/get rid of entries.

If you know of people looking to get rid of tickets – or want tickets – spread the word about this group!

NOTE: Two Oceans Association only allows substitutions before 7 March.

    Anybody know how much the substituted runner will have to pay when they substitute for someone who cannot run?

    Depends, if you belong to a running club and have a timing chip, R50 (substitution fee), if you need a temp license add R25, if you need a timing chip add R100. if you want a t-shirt add R249.

    ok thanks, so they don’t have to pay the race entry fee again? just the extras ie. racing chip, temp license?
